Take a peaceful and relaxing trip without leaving the room; simply listen to the soothing voice as a serene setting is described. Visualize the breath slowing, healing increasing and pain subsiding. Each class is uniquely designed by the attendees goals of mind, body and spirit healing through delving into a variety of meditation modalities. Techniques include: guided imagery, visualizations, mantras, progressive relaxation, mindfulness, sound healing (crystals bowls, tingshaws, Tibetan bowls, drums, etc.) art therapy, metta/loving kindness, silent reflection, and breathing techniques. Three to four meditations are explored which are designed for anyone interested in bringing calmness and centering into their life!
